Business Line 1: Stevia-Based Sugar Free Foods: Jagriti has embarked upon the concept of developing food-like products from the Stevia herb for daily consumption so that people can easily adapt to low-calorie food intake. This approach, combined with packaging of the products in easily portable packs for the urban mobile population has helped in easy expansion in the markets. The range is manufactured under the Brand ‘STEVA’ and has 22 SKU’s, and includes sweetener, sharbat, health drinks, tea and biscuits in its fold. The products are available in select markets in India. Some overseas markets are also getting interested in this range. The product range is manufactured in the facility located at Jalandhar (Punjab-India).

Business Line 2: Soya-Based Health Foods: The product range manufactured under brand 'SoyFit' has 15 SKU's in the Soya Milk line. The products are manufactured based on technologies developed by CIPHET-Ludhiana. The present range of foods under this brand includes about 10 perishable foods (Shelf life less than 10 days) and about five foods with shelf life of about six months.

Business Line 3: Soya Milk Manufacturing Machinery: We have developed revolutionary heavy duty machines for manufacture of soya milk on small scale that can give fairly high returns. The machines include soya milk manufacturing machines, milk filling and packing machines. The machines combine the advantages of flexible operations and small volumes and are affordable for small entrepreneurs. The standard models of 80 litres/Hr to 150 Litres/Hr capacities are available. Other sizes are made on order.

Business Line 3A: Soya Milk Manufacturing Franchisee: The buyers of SoyFit machinery can also opt for being the Manufacturing Franchisee of SoyFit brand of Soya foods range. Presently, the range has about fifteen products under its umbrella. The technologies developed by Jagriti have been fine tuned into scalable and replicable model and manufactured under Franchisee arrangement across twelve cities across North India. The arrangement fulfils Jagriti’s vision of creating employment through small enterprises on one side and provides health-positive products to the society on the other. We have set a target of reaching forty cities by the end of FY 2014-15. The Franchisees get access to SoyFit product formulations, packaging materials, authorisation to use the trade mark, market access, quality assurance and other IP's related to the Brand.

Business Line 4: Health Foods Vending Services: Jagriti has embarked upon an ambitious plan to reach out to the masses with almost 40+ health foods through a chain of 'Health Foods' outlets, that operate much like the fast food outlets, but for the type of the foods they serve. In view of the circulars issued by UGC and the Ministry of Health, Jagriti has focussed on the educational institutions to start with and some such outlets under brand: 'Wellness Express' have been set up. In addition, some outlets have become operational in association with IRCTC. A set of compact outlets, to be installed inside existing bakeries, food stores and chemist shops will be launched in Jan 2014. Starting with one outlet in Nov'11, we plan to set up about 100 outlets by the end of FY 2014-15.
