FRANCHISEE FACTS:

• You should have minimum 100 square feet Office space or Shop on ground floor.
• Shop or office shold be on main road /prime location.
• You should have Pancard, Residence /address proof & Office or Shop Address Proof.
• Rs. 10,000 Registration charges for franchisee in favour of "SKYHUB INFRA REALTY PVT. LTD. "
• All Co. Board, stationery, Brochure, leaflets, visiing card & advertising material etc. will be provided.
• All franchisee should have to go under training provided by our Team leader.
• All franchisee will get 60 % flat commission on total commission for any deal.
• All franchisee has to open current account to get commission on 1st of every month.
• All the Stationery, Board & advertising material will be provided within 10 days.
• You must have 1 PC or Laptop with internet connection for office work.
• All digital ads or newspaper ads will be provided by us.
• If you don 't have knowledge about Real Estate Agency, Don't worry, we will train you or provide you professional staff.
